Mitch Cohen has recently been named a Senior Advisor with Pritchard Griffin Advisors, where he brings his decades of experience as an attorney, investment banker, real estate developer and entrepreneur to the PGA team.
Mr. Cohen is a retired Senior Vice President and Senior Partner of US Capital Global, a global investment banking firm.
Mitch currently also serves as Of Counsel at the Law Offices of Kotlar Hernandez and Cohen, LLC, where he directs the firm’s Real Estate, Corporate Law & Renewable Energy practice areas. Mitch represents real estate clients in acquisition, development and funding matters and corporate clients in all aspects of business-related matters and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, plant and product expansion, succession planning and divestitures.
Mitch is also the Founder and CEO of CMARK 12 LLC, a Mt. Laurel, NJ based merchant banking firm that assists entrepreneurs and growth and mature companies in expansion debt funding and financing, sell side transactions and acquisition targeting and funding.
Mitch received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University and then obtained his law degree from the Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was Editor in Chief of the Temple Law Review.
