Produced Water Transfer Closes $100 Million Strategic Partnership with Orion Energy Partners

Produced Water Transfer (PWT) is a developer, owner and operator of a water gathering and disposal platform that transfers and disposes of produced and flowback water in the Haynesville Shale.  PWT sought  capital to support expansion of its existing water disposal network in Shelby County, Texas and to fund the acquisition of an existing water gathering and disposal system in DeSoto Parish, Louisiana.  This expansion effectively established PWT as the regional market leader with committed offtake from several of the basin’s largest E&P’s.

Pritchard Griffin conducted a competitive outreach process and received multiple proposals for PWT’s need. The capital was sourced from Orion Energy Partners. Orion provides creative capital solutions to middle market energy infrastructure businesses across North America and select international markets.

As an indication of the success of this project, PWT was acquired at a very attractive premium by Pilot Flying J in less than a year of Pritchard Griffin closing this transaction.
